Recently my wife bought some reusable grocery bags. Not only are they better for cutting down waste, they also make it way easier to carry groceries. It's usually a circus trying to get groceries from our car to our apartment which is on the 3rd floor of our building. Today, using our new grocery bags, we transported all our groceries with 5 bags in one trip.
If you haven't tried these out, do it soon. They rule. You can get them at most grocery stores.

I've resisted these because I so frequently reuse grocery bags but I never considered the utility in using a more sturdy bag. Tempting.
